ACROREAD RELOAD PDF
Suppose my currently open document is modified by another applications (for instance I have recompiled the LaTeX that generates the PDF), is there a w. acroread does not support it. The PDF reader Evince (Document Viewer), which is installed by default, automatically reloads if the file it is. It will automatically refresh when the pdf is updated. Adobe Reader and/or Adobe Acrobat are notorious for not supporting auto-refreshing the view of a PDF .

Glad you personally found a solution, but it won’t work for anyone that needs a feature Adobe has that Sumatra does not – such as reflow and form filling. I have seen this questions has been asked several times over the years, but apparently no feature existed. Go to the Adobe Acrobat Reader download page and click Install now. On this page System requirements Explorer: The installer is downloaded, and then Reader is installed.

Which I am using pdflatex to generate PDF file constantly. Where did you find the reference to such a script?
When the acrorread download message appears at the bottom of the browser window, click Run. Just save this code as e.
It also seems to watch the PDF file for updates, and keeps in sync of any new versions of the PDF file and reloads it staying on the same page when I re-run pdflatex from TexStudio. Oftentimes this may depend on the operating system and the filesystem you acoread usinga file open in Acrobat is locked and no other process can change it, so if you would try to recreate the file, it would report an error, and you would have to close the file and manually open it again.
Installing Reader on older operating systems. In the code, you can reooad the width and height of the embedded object and the timeout in milliseconds.

When I am working on a large document in LaTeX I use TexStudio I sometimes like to keep a second copy of my PDF on a second screen so that I can easily refer to what I wrote before, while on my main screen I would have TexStudio with its preview window, which is typically automatically in reoad with my current editing location.
